Refund policy
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and unworn, for hygiene reasons and to preserve the mechanical movement and water resistance.
Certain types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Books showing obvious signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing delay before a refund appears.

Sale or promotional items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at morinandco.contact@gmail.com and send your item to: France.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the return is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser, who will therefore be informed of the return.
Shipping
To return your product, please send it to the following address: France.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
Depending on your location, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
For items valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
